The School of Missions is designed to prepare and send believers into the harvest fields of the world in obedience to the Great Commission. Through biblical training, hands-on ministry, and intentional discipleship, students are inspired to reach peoples, cities, and nations with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our program cultivates a passion for evangelism, prepares long-term workers, and develops servant leaders who know, love, and obey God’s Word. Students grow in confidence to share the gospel across cultures and worldviews while learning to walk in holiness, teamwork, and dependence on God. Phases: In Phase One, you’ll live, study, and grow together with fellow students in 12 weeks of learning environment, local outreach, and practical ministry. You’ll be challenged and inspired in the classroom by teaching from missionaries and pastors, and you’ll be given opportunities to participate in evangelism times and other weekly ministries that will prepare you to go into the nations. Phase Two is an 8-10 week outreach where you will experience missions and put into practice what you have learned in Phase One. You will have positive and exciting evangelism opportunities where you will be able to share the gospel in multiple cultural and religious settings as well as teach the Bible in churches and Bible studies.

Ministry
April 2027- August 2027
The School of Ministry is designed to develop and send out mature, Christ-centered leaders who are called to serve the Church and further the Kingdom of God. Through biblical instruction, practical ministry training, and spiritual formation, students grow in wisdom, faith, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. Students are trained to study Scripture using the inductive Bible study method, biblically counsel others, and teach and preach God’s Word with clarity and conviction. Our program prepares long-term workers who know, love, and obey God’s Word, carry a heart for evangelism, and lead with humility, integrity, and servant leadership. Rooted in worship, holiness, teamwork, and trust in God, the School of Ministry shapes leaders who are ready to faithfully serve people, churches, and ministries in every season of life. Phases: In Phase One you can expect 18 weeks of learning, mentoring and ministry immersion at our Tri-Cities campus. Calvary Chapel pastors and leaders will teach through a variety of topics that equip you for spiritual leadership and practical service. You will also have numerous opportunities to serve in our many local ministries. Phase Two is a 4-6 week outreach where you will gain more experience and put into practice the things you learned in Phase One. You will have the opportunity to teach bible studies, lead worship, preach the gospel, as well as practical service in a variety of ministry contexts.
